Deliveries & Returns
PRICES DISPLAYED EXCLUDE DELIVERY FEES
We deliver country wide as well as into Africa through our trusted courier partner.
Delivery costs are charged based on the weight and size of the total parcel being shipped and its destination.
All orders are shipped once proof of payment has been received.
Delivery within South Africa for all purchases will take place within 3 - 4 working days from receipt of payment.
Goods that have been received damaged or incorrectly sent vs the customer’s order or are the incorrect size or have visible manufacturing defects are allowed to be returned to Ebuysa. Goods that have been damaged by the customer will not be replaced or refunded by Ebuysa.
Any clothing item or equipment/products where the incorrect size has been ordered will be exchanged only if the following procedure has been followed.
Step 1
Notify Ebuysa via email within 24 hrs of receiving the product that the size is incorrect you must include the invoice number in your email as well as the new size.

Step 2
On receipt of the email Ebuysa will send an exchange authorization document for these goods. The item/s need to be packaged in its/their original packaging with all original labels and not damaged and a copy of the exchange authorization document has to be send back with the goods.
Goods need to be sent back to Ebuysa within 5 working days for the exchange to be valid the exchange authorization document needs to be returned with the item/s
Goods can be collected from the customers address by Ebuysa's courier partner and returned to the Ebuysa offices at the customers cost or alternatively the customer can arrange for their own courier service. The customer will be responsible for ensuring that the returned item is packaged in such a manner that it will not be damaged during transportation. Goods received back by Ebuysa from the customer that are damaged will not be exchanged and will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
The customer will be responsible for the delivery charge of the of the new item.
A refund will only be passed if Ebuysa is unable to replace the item returned with the alternative size being requested or in the case where the item or range purchased is no longer available.
