Once we have received your order confirmation we will check the courier fees first before we email you the final invoice for your order inclusive of the delivery costs.

Deliveries will normally take between 2 – 4 business days area dependent.

All orders paid for and POP emailed through before 12pm will be despatched on that day, any payments received post 12pm will be despatched the following day.

To return or exchange a product please send an email to orders@ebuysa.co.za within 3 days from receiving your order, NO RETURNS / EXCHNAGES or REFUNDS will be done after 14 days after your order has been delivered.

REFUNDS will only be processed if the product ordered is not available in an alternative brand or size.
